Our Ministries

It is thru God's word that He gives Primera Church of San Angelo the authority to go out and make disciples of our city, surrounding areas and beyond. It is our priority as Christians to go out and minister to others thru events and personal outreach to individuals.

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. "Go therefor and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo,

I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28: 18-20

Children's

Ministry

Our vision here at Primera Church is for children to come to know Christ and understand His Word through programs and activities that are designed for their level of development.

We value a safe friendly place for all our children to grow emotionally, physically and spiritually.

… Train us a child in a way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

Married Couples

We are here to educate and motivate couples to thrive in their marriage by encouraging couples to look first to God's Word for wisdom and guidance throughout the journey of marriage.

… He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from God. Proverbs 18:22

Student

Ministry

Primera Student Ministry is a unified group that God guides to bring in the unchurched from the Concho Valley to equip people to minister and become spiritually stronger through fellowship and worship.

…Don't let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor Him in your youth before you grow old and say, "Life is not pleasant anymore" Ecclesiastes 12:1

Women's

Ministry

The women at Primera Church are here to support and inspire one another through encouragement, prayer and God's Word. We focus growing in relationships, spiritual maturity and using our giftedness in all areas of life.

…Created to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do Ephesians 2:10

Men's

Ministry

A group of men committed to inspire one another to honor God in all areas of their lives by seeking God's Word and encouraging each other to be more Christ-like servants in their homes, church and careers.

Outreach/Mission Ministries

Reaching out to and serving those outside of our church walls, taking the message and love of Christ to all we meet in our community.

Our Benevolence Ministry is here to provide food to anyone in need through our food pantry... Matthew 25:31-46

Prayer Ministry is available to stand in the gap for others in prayer and support with words of encouragement. Ezekiel 22:30
